Chioma Okoli

Chioma is a Human Resources Management specialist with about 30 years work and consultancy service delivery experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Lagos, Master of Science from University of Jos, and Master of Public Administration (Human Resources Management) from Florida State University respectively. Her people management competencies include: Strategic Human Resources Management; Rewards and Remuneration Management; Learning and Development; Organisational Development and Change Management; Employee Relations; Diversity and Inclusion; Performance Management Systems; Employee Engagement; Health, Safety, and Environment Procedures; and Human Resources Advisory and Audit. She co-founded a youth group in 2008 (Future Stars Youth Network) directed at mentoring and empowering the less privileged, presenting them with life changing opportunities. Since its inception, the group has mentored over 4000 participants.
